Agent

Casey has been working in real estate in the greater King and Snohomish County areas since 2007. He is an exceptionally hard worker, strategic thinker, and expert negotiator. Casey is a husband and a father to 4 boys who spends most of his free time with the family, out on the water, coaching basketball, or cruising mountain bike trails.

Tyler Gardner

Agent

Tyler began real estate straight out of college at UW in 2013. He wrote his first offer (and got it accepted) the first weekend in the business and hasn’t looked back. He is an expert in buyer education and negotiation. On a given day, you can find him out on a jog, at your local brewery, or covered in hair from his Alaskan malamute.

David Bond

David is an Everett native and launched his real estate career at the Whatcom Bellingham office as a full-time broker. He joined us in 2021, where he has since excelled in supporting our clients in the home buying process. David also shares valuable home renovation knowledge after remodeling his first investment property.

Jacquelyn

Marketing/Client Relations

Jacquelyn oversees our Marketing & Client Relations and joined us in 2020. On the listing side, she excels in managing contractors to ensure every home is sale-ready. She was born and raised in NE Seattle where she still lives with her family of 4. She ran Cross Country & Track for the University of Washington and remains a proud Husky.
